Good article. I do this all the time. I used to frequently sit for hours working on jewelry or on the computer and letting other chores go by the wayside. Now, I set the timer for 45 mins of work I want to do. Than when it goes off I set the timer for 15 mins of work I don't want to do re: vacuum, clean, etc. Works like a charm. You would be surprised how much you can get done in 15 mins. :-) Just didn't know there was a name for it. Thanks so much for the article.
