September Challenge "Happy Birthday"

I know we are late getting started but our Team Fest challenge contests are so much FUN!
Especially since I just found out I won the last one! -
With my SPARKLEY pincushion doll Julia!

For September the challenge theme is "Happy Birthday".
Use your crafty talents and list your entries here ASAP, of course we will be extending the deadline, since we got a late start, to September 28th.
